Mater Christi School were looking to expand the existing Nature Play area built in 2019, adding new items and a pathway creating universal access to original and new nature play equipment.

Sensory items added to the space include a music totem, 2 rainbow posts and talking pipes. 

Loose parts feature for cubby building and many new trees have been planted.

Carved top logs complement the existing water play area and a new mud kitchen offers creative play opportunities.

An informal outdoor classroom area with deck has been added, along with new ground rocks and logs to tie the new and old areas together seamlessly.
