Burrendah Park Willetton is a highly visited multi-use parkland in the City of Canning. NBP was engaged to design and construct a new nature playscape to challenge children and spark imaginative play.

Featured play items include basket swing and play fort with climbing walls, slides and tunnel.

Sensory elements incorporate talking pipes and a log drum.  A carved top log provides beautiful natural bowls to collect found objects. Balance logs and rocks create pathways to run, jump, explore and hide. A classic cubby gives children an opportunity to create their own space for play and contemplation. 

Interesting and irregular natural timbers have been chosen to feature throughout the area, with new shade sails, seating and shrub plantings to complement the natural surroundings and create a welcoming space.
