Riverside PS engaged NBP to redesign a section of their early childhood play space to a nature playground. A carved water play rock mound features carved channels leading into the sandpit area, with a carved top log to collect natural items for creative play.

Sensory elements include a log abacus, log drum and haka haka vertical post for children to experiment with different sounds and textures.
